I can't track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do?

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.


What are the shipping fees/rates?

We offer free delivery Nationwide for all the products.

When will I receive my order?


After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or call.
After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Within 4 to 5 working days for orders in stock
For orders from other sells delivery time will be 20 to 45 days you will be informed about the time before placing the order.

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order then you will receive your order in separate parcels. Each order invoice will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the order invoices from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.


Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our customer service once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to your preference.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.


Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.


Can I pick up my order at office? does not provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.

How do I return an item?

If you meet all requirements and wish to proceed, return can be initiated via the Online Returns Form recommended for a faster processing.

Can I return an item after the Lazada Return Policy coverage days?

⦁ Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days

Requirements for a valid return:
⦁ Proof of purchase (order number,
⦁ Include printed Shipping Label and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box
⦁ Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)


- In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed. Returns are not applicable for all under garments due to hygiene purposes.

- In the event that you have received damaged products, please contact within 48 hours to expedite the claim process

How do I track my return status?

You can track return status using the tracking number provided to you by our logistics partner.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Refund can be processed in case of return or cancellation. For your convenience, we offer different refund options for you to choose from, basing on your payment method at the time of purchase.
We will update you via email and SMS once your refund has been initiated. You will be able to see the credited amount on your statement as per the lead time listed in the table below for each of the refund channels.
If the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will! An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

I have ordered and confirmed payment with What should I do next?

Well, you are all caught up! All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
On the side note, you will be receiving an Order Number and a confirmation email upon a successful transaction. You may also use the Order Number to track the progress of your order on our order tracking page and as reference to our Customer Service Representative given if you have any further inquiries regarding your order.

How can I order without an account on website?

We strongly advise you to sign up a account before making any purchases. Some discount codes only applicable if you are logged in to your account and we do not want you to miss out on our special discounts and promotions.

However, needless to worry, you absolutely can order on without an account:

Can I call to place an order?

Given if your choice of payment method is Cash On Delivery, you may contact us and we can place your order for you.
For other type of payment methods, you may call us for step-by-step assistance on how to place order. We are not able to place an order for you if your choice of payment method is as listed above for your security reasons.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

I am unable to add my selected item to my cart, why is this happening?

Your selected item might have a limited stock quantity. If you are unable to select the item to your cart, there are high chances that someone else already did and the product is now out of stock. Kindly refresh the page after

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay through Visa/Master card , through easy paisa shop , bank transfer , and cash on delivery.

How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

You will be notified via SMS and email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
Bank reconciliation time only affect payment method via Online Banking and will happen at around 11.30 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. depending on your bank.

If I place a COD order with items from multiple sellers, do I have to make the full payment on the first delivery or separate payments?

Multiple orders from multiple sellers will be sent separately. You will only have to pay for the item that you are receiving.
